Texas Instruments Manufacturing Plant, Clark Pampanga - Duration: August 2007 - March 2009
Client Challenges / Issues
- Project has no full time planner / scheduler at the time of contracting the project
- Client urgently needed a planner and scheduler because owner is already expecting a detailed schedule
Crownsys' undertaking and solution
- Crownsys brought in hardware and additional Primavera software to the project.
- Crownsys presented to Texas Instrument executives how Primavera will be implemented and used to monitor and control the project, the proposal was accepted
- Primavera was configured in a local area network (LAN) setup
- Additional licenses of Primavera were provided on a temporary basis, to allow multiply entry of project updates.
- Developed baseline schedule
- Crownsys monitors and controls the general schedule and coordinated it with all subcontractors for their respective project scope
- Crownsys regularly conducts presentations to client and to the owner regarding the project status

Project
St. Francis Towers, Ortigas Center - Duration: April 2009 - July 2009
Client Challenges / Issues
- Project has no permanent planner / scheduler
- Since NTP of September 2005, planner / scheduler was replaced three times
- Current planner / scheduler does not have history of project because there was no proper turnover
- Project urgently needs an updated schedule in Primavera to support EEI's claim for extension
- The existing schedule was done in MS Excel format and has no critical path
Crownsys' undertaking and solution
- Crownsys brought in hardware and primavera software to the project.
- Converted all MS Excel data into Primavera Format.
- Crownsys developed the baseline schedule and the as built schedule in Primavera
- Developed a revised schedule to incorporate EEI's adjustments/revisions
- Developed critical path
- Developed a report which provided an analysis and impact of the delays to the revised schedule and presented
the same to the project manager of St. Francis tower project, to be used for jusftifying EOT claims with the owner

Client Challenges / Issues
- Project has no permanent planner / scheduler
- Project schedule not updated
- No proper monitoring of resources and cost
- Kajima needs to present a schedule to justify and request extension from BCDA
- Kajima's schedule and consultants schedule were not the same

- Crownsys brought in hardware and Primavera software to the project.
- Kajima's Primavera was upgraded to the latest version and Primavera was configured into a local area network (LAN) setup
- Provided additional licenses of Primavera on a temporary basis, to allow multiply entry of project updates, to expedite the generation
of an updated schedule
- Crownsys revised the baseline schedule and the as built schedule in Primavera
- Developed a revised schedule to incorporate EEI's adjustments/revisions
- Developed the critical path
