  • Client required a full time Primavera planner and scheduler for the preparation of schedule for the shutdown and maintenance
  • At the start of shutdown, planners will be on duty for 24 hours

  • Dispatched two (2) full time Primavera planner / scheduler
  • Prepared master turnaround / shutdown detailed schedule of exchangers, towers, drums, furnace and reactors.
  • Prepared utilization schedule to be used in shutdown works
  • Prepared manpower schedule and allocation
  • Monitor, update on going shutdown works
  • Presented reports during turnaround subcomittee meetings
  • Recommended catch up measures to minimize delays in schedules
